Celebrating Spring!

Okay, so it's the second day of spring and here is my family......

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! She never wants to look at me when I have the camera - so it's getting tough! Oh, the hat is White Sox (in case you weren't sure) and yes, she put it on by herself! We'll get some others up soon, but for now....

Okay, so this picture is actually from awhile ago - but I just love her expression. Jon often buys doughnuts on the weekend, and she loves them. She gets all excited just from seeing the bag they come in! One of her favorites is Chocolate with custard fill - and well, you can see how much she enjoys them! She is adorable to watch, she'll just keep going "mmmm, mmmm, mmmm" like its the best thing in the world!

Nicer Weather!

It's about time - we've actually had two nice days in a row! And we should have a pretty good weekend too! And when I say nice, I mean in the upper 30's & 40's with no rain or snow (so you can see, I'm not too fussy)! So of course we have been out and about! The Grizz has a bit of a running nose, but she doesn't let that slow her down! We made it to the zoo for a little while and out in the yard (and mud from melting snow)! Our grass isn't the best in parts since we had a patio put in last fall, the work tore up the yard a bit getting the supplies to the back! Hopefully spring will get our yard looking good!

Fine Art - Crayola on Paper

Miss "A" has a very fine eye and steady hand, as demonstrated in the two displayed works. She works with an emphasis in color, design and shading; abstract being her specialty! Amazingly she completed these in no time at all - I know they look as if they took months for completion. Just another amazing talent!

Puddle

Okay, so Sunday was about as nice of a day as we have seen in a long time. Of course I wanted to get "A" out and thought I'd take her for a walk in her wagon. Well she had other ideas, like jumping in a puddle! I wish I put her snow pants on shortly after seeing her, but she had fun none the less. We had to go in and change right away, but not before I could get these few pictures!

Domes Train Display

Saturday we went to the Domes where they had a massive miniature train display! "A" loves to walk/run around the conservatory and look at their wonderful displays! We've gone once before (with her BFF "J" for their Christmas display) and knew we'd be back! She was so fun to watch and kept calling out "Cho Cho" while laughing away! So nice to see how such beautiful places bring out such joy! Oh Boy and what a wonderful day Sunday brought! Hopefully you all got out for a little while - it was 43 - I'll post some pic's of her enjoying it later on in the week!
