This Mornings Eggs

Okay, so this morning Miss "A" would like a hard boiled egg for breakfast. No problem. I get the pot. Fill with water. Get the egg, crack it - oops! What the heck am I doing? I just about cracked the egg into the pot of water. I luckily realized it just in time to get the egg into a bowl! Too funny. So I get another egg and drop it into the pot for her - disaster diverted. Now what to do with this cracked egg??? Fry it? Not in the mood. Scramble? It's only one - why bother. Let's see, how about chocolate chip cookies!!! So we had hard boiled eggs and chocolate chip cookies this morning while watching the snow fall - Lots out there now, sure is pretty. And so goes our Saturday morning!

Oh happy day

Well both little jitterbugs are sleeping and the house is quite - the most amazing moment. I attempted getting the gal on the potty today - what a nightmare. We are 1 for 11 with the season just starting yesterday (and probably ending before the week is through). She is so stubborn, Aunt Jen actually heard her tirade over the phone. What is that all about? I realize "she just might not be ready", but is all the screaming necessary? Poor thing is only two and already seems to have some "issues". Well at least my carpet is clean now - I think I've scrubbed every section of it due to her wetting just about everywhere! Well how about some pictures from another day then! Especially love how sweet and innocent these three darlings look peering over the church pew.

Still Snowing

We were out while the little guy napped. We haven't been out much in this cold with the little guy, so she's had a massive dose of Cabin Fever lately. Amazingly we managed to actually go to the Zoo this week, who would have expected it to reach 60????? Well we raced out the door before one could say "Chihuahuas, cheese, and crackers" (a line from a favorite book Skippyjon Jones - gotta love that cat!) Can spring just hurry up and be here already? I suppose Spring Training is a good sign!
